Le ABB Jokab Safety Eden system is a non-contact safety switch solution consisting of an Adam sensing unit et un EVA actuator, designed for safety doors, couvre, and position monitoring on machinery. Modèle 2TLA020046R0800 is the Eden EVA actuator (low level, general coded version), which must be paired with a compatible Adam DYN or Adam OSSD safety sensor to create a complete OSSD safety channel. This design provides high reliability for guarding applications where mechanical wear and misalignment of traditional interlock switches can be a problem.
The EVA actuator works non-contact with the Adam sensor and provides an operating distance up to approximately 15 mm, allowing for small door misalignments and vibration without nuisance trips.
