Le Delta ASDA-A2 série (models such as ASD-A2-0121-L, ASD-A2-3023-L, ASD-A2-7543-M, etc.) is a family of AC servo drives designed for high‑precision, high‑response motion control when paired with Delta ECMA servo motors. Unlike a general‑purpose VFD, ASDA-A2 is optimized for position, vitesse, et contrôle du couple and is widely used in CNC machinery, conditionnement, impression, electronics assembly, and other servo‑grade applications.
ASDA-A2 drives support power ratings from 100 W up to 15 kW, revêtement single‑/three‑phase 220 V et three‑phase 400 V input classes. They feature a 20‑bit incremental encoder (jusqu'à 1,280,000 impulsions/tour) for very fine positioning, advanced vibration suppression filters, et auto / manual tuning to simplify commissioning and improve machine stability. A built‑in E‑CAM fonction (jusqu'à environ 720 cam points) enables complex synchronized motion such as flying shear, rotary knife, and electronic gearing, alors que PR (internal position) mode allows user‑defined motion profiles using Delta’s ASDA-Soft logiciel.
Communication and control interfaces include pulse train input, analog command, and industrial networks such as RS‑232/RS‑485, CANopen, DMCNET, and in dedicated variants EtherCAT (ASDA-A2-E), supporting multi‑axis synchronization and integration into modern motion systems. Protection functions cover overcurrent, over/undervoltage, motor overheat, regenerative error, surcharge, overspeed, abnormal pulse command, encoder fault, et plus, helping ensure safe and reliable operation in harsh industrial environments from around 0–55 °C et jusqu'à 90% non‑condensing humidity.
