The Mitsubishi FX3U-32MTESS is a MELSEC‑F series FX3U PLC main unit that integrates the power supply, CPU and I/O in one compact housing, making it ideal for OEM machines and panel builders who need a powerful yet space-saving controller. Local I/O can be expanded up to 256 points, or up to 384 points when using CC-Link remote I/O, allowing the controller to grow with the machine.
The FX3U platform supports a wide range of expansion modules for digital I/O, analog I/O, communications (RS-232/RS-485, Ethernet, CC-Link, Profibus), temperature control and high‑speed pulse outputs, many of which are compatible with existing FX2N and FX3U modules. An integrated RS‑422 port is provided for programming and connection to operator panels, while additional interfaces such as USB or Ethernet can be added via option modules. The PLC is designed for cabinet mounting and rated to operate from 0 to 55 °C with IP10 protection class, and carries CE, UL/cUL, UKCA and major shipping approvals for global use.
